I'd probably just take this as a learning experience and nuke Fallout 4 completely and do a 100% fresh download and find either a good guide to follow or go slow and careful. You can try posting the mod list here to see if we can spot a known issue that could cause this crash. Honestly it sounds like it is a mod issue. When you start modding the best thing to do is go slow and careful unless you are using a specific step by step guide that has been tested. Even if you think you got a good load order you may not.
